BTS to Appear at the 61st Annual GRAMMY Awards


It released two albums - "LOVE YOURSELF: Tear", "LOVE YOURSELF: Answer" - which started waves of BTS fever that has swept across the globe, mesmerizing tens of millions of music fans.

According to the music news organisation Billboard, the K-pop band has reportedly confirmed that they will attend the 62nd annual awards ceremony at Staples Centre in Los Angeles on Sunday 10 February.

If you're like us, then you're hoping probably Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper take home Record of the Year for "Shallow", or perhaps you're excited to see BTS hit the stage to present an award.

Shawn Mendes, who is nominated for Best Pop Vocal Album and Song of the Year, will be performing at the Grammys for the first time. They are up against St. Vincent's Masseduction, Mitski's Be the Cowboy, The Chairman's The Offering, and Foxhole's Well Kept Thing.

It was not revealed which award exactly BTS will be presenting nor is there confirmation if the K-pop group will get to perform "Fake Love" from their nominated album or another single during the ceremony.

However Washington could choose to support countries like Brazil and Columbia if they took action to Maduro themselves. Guaido said there would be something for everyone in society to do as Venezuela moves forward, including the military.

The group, which made their debut in 2013, are known for their blend of hip-hop with rock and pop elements.

Sunday's Grammys will be hosted by American singer and songwriter Alicia Keys.

Rap superstar Kendrick Lamar is leading the Grammy pack with eight nominations.

BTS will be appearing at this year's Grammy Awards. Janelle Monáe, Brandi Carlile, Kacey Musgraves, H.E.R., Maren Morris, Dan + Shay, and Little Big Town will also grace the stage.
