Rapper Bow Wow, woman arrested on battery charges in Atlanta

U.S. rapper Bow Wow has been charged with battery after a fight with a woman in the early hours of the morning. "Both parties are being processed and will be transported to Fulton County Jail". As first reported by TMZ, both Bow Wow and his ex-girlfriend, Leslie Holden, were arrested for battery, since police could not tell who had attacked whom.

The rapper's attorney Joe Habachy later said in a statement that two witnesses corroborated his client's version of events indicating Holden was "without a doubt the primary aggressor".

Shad Gregory Moss, aka Bow Wow, (L) and Leslie Holden are seen in police mug shots. Without much insight into the matter, social media has come to Bow Wow's defense on the basis of a crude "double standard" on domestic violence.

Police say both Moss and Holden had 'visible minor injuries'.
