In May, R. Kelly's former manager, James Mason, was arrested after being accused of threatening to kill a man who says Kelly is holding his daughter against her will, CNN reported.

Joycelyn's father claims to have not seen his daughter in over two years, citing R. Kelly as the reason.

Foxx reiterated that there are dedicated professionals who are willing to help the survivors unpack their horrific experiences and urged victims to call the prosecutor's office at 773-674-6492.
