Alabama, Clemson, Notre Dame and Oklahoma to clash in College Football Playoff

ESPN announced the game times for the December 29 playoff semifinals Sunday afternoon and the Tigers (13-0) will take on No. 3 Notre Dame (12-0) at 4 p.m. on ESPN.

SEC champion Alabama, ACC champion Clemson, Notre Dame and Oklahoma were picked Sunday as the four teams that made the cut. The Tide and Tigers capped ideal seasons with conference championships Saturday, while the Irish are independent and finished their flawless season the previous week with a 24-17 victory over the University of Southern California.
