Liverpool's away victories over Crystal Palace and Leicester City this season underlines the club's Premier League title credentials, as they have achieved something none of their title rivals managed last term.
Jurgen Klopp believes his Liverpool side will benefit from their scrappy form in the early parts of this season and expects his team to get better after the global break.
"It was a dry pitch and a bit bobbly, so it wasn't the time to attempt a Cruyff Turn on the byline". Every game is different, we've had different challenges over the four games so far and it's about adapting.
This isn't sour grapes or anything, but I really think a draw would have been the fairest result given how the game played out.
"It was exciting until the end but I'm fine with that". He already makes big steps in the last few weeks.
Salah forced Schmeichel to push his shot around the post, and from their second successive corner, Firmino met James Milner's flag-kick with a firm header from 10 yards.
A good start, it seems, can ultimately be nothing more than that. "Not only [Alisson]", the Reds boss told Sky Sports. "And with this team they certainly should".
"The point with Alisson is that he's a very good goalkeeper, and he made good saves yesterday".
"It needed to happen so that it will not happen again, if that makes sense?"

"In the Premier League it's not the kind of contact that results in a foul".
I said to him (Alisson) it's the best game to do it in because we still won!
'If you are flying constantly, you are not prepared for the hard moments - you can not be prepared - so we are.
But if that was a moment of fortune, then there was no mistaking some of Liverpool's play, which was a delight as they carved Leicester open at will early on.
"I wanted to keep playing and keep the possession".
"Klopp spoke quite openly about Alisson's mistake and said it was always going to happen". We learn from it. With Liverpool 2-0 and seemingly cruising, Alisson received a backpass from Virgil van Dijk.
"But we all have to learn to use it in the right way still". They had not conceded a league goal in six-and-a-half hours of play. Don't do it in these moments.
"They had one or two situations where we needed the goalkeeper; the block from Joe Gomez was brilliant of course". But he did it.
