Members of the Royal family gathered on Buckingham Palace's front balcony to watch the Red Arrows fly by following the marching ceremony.
The large crowd roared as the royals waved on during the Trooping of the Colour on the Queen's official birthday.
The royal train was first built in 1842 while Queen Victoria was on the throne, as a place for the royal family to stay during business trips, according to People.
In earlier years, the Queen would ride sidesaddle on horseback to greet the public.

The prince arrived with the Queen by vehicle to the wedding of Harry and Meghan, now the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, waving to the crowds at Windsor Castle.
"I hope that people watching will just acknowledge it and look at it as a new change in history", he said.
Black, grey and white horses, military guards including the Cold Stream and Irish guards in their elaborate dress uniforms and tall fur hats, and two enormous drum horses bearing kettle drums and riders took part in the ceremony, which ran for two hours.
He did, however, attend the wedding of his grandson Prince Harry and Meghan Markle at Windsor Castle on 19 May - a few weeks after undergoing a hip replacement operation.
The Queen's actual birthday was on April 21 when she turned 92.
