Dicht and Weinman told reporters this week she was spitting sand out of her mouth because her face was pressed to the ground.
"You're about to get dropped", the officer tells Weinman when she walks away and tells him to leave her alone.
The third video begins with the officer grabbing Weinman's hair and forcing her to the ground as she screams, struggles, curses and tells him repeatedly to get off of her. In a since-deleted Facebook post, Weinman admitted to having beer on her but claimed that she wasn't drinking. She apparently passed the test and said the booze belonged to her aunt.
When Weinman refuses to give the officer her last name, the situation escalates.
The officers involved in the incident have been reassigned pending the outcome of the investigation.
Her attorney, Stephen Dicht, says the body cam video shows "excessive force and overreaction" by police, telling FOX 29, "It's all the same to me", when comparing the viral witness video with the footage released by police. "I'm a woman! You're not allowed to hit me and choke me like that!" "Okay, that's it, I'm done with you", he soon informs Weinman, while requesting handcuffs from one of the other nearby cops.
Police said gaps in the footage were a result of the officer switching his bodycam on and off during the incident and also because Wienman struck the officer in the torso, causing the camera to shut off.
Mega Man 11 Release Date Announced
Both physical and digital versions will be released, and the game is now available for pre-order on the PlayStation Store for $30. The new game will also include time trials and missions, a global leaderboard, concept art galleries, and more.
Troiano said the officers' body camera footage will show a different story, including the woman's spitting at the officers and kicking one in the groin.
According to the post, an officer followed her after the encounter.
"Get off of me". The officer then asks another officer whether he has cuffs, and Weinman takes a few steps away from the officers.
"That's it", the cop says before punching her in the head several times. "Again, until I interview the officer, I won't have that answer if that's what he was trying to do. If they were going to cite her, they should have said 'we're issuing you a citation for whatever, this is why they need your name.' But they never said that", Dicht told WPVI.
But Weinman's lawyer say the videos show police overreacted.
"I'm not choking", the officer says moments before punching her in front of a crowd of beachgoers. "But if I was on probation, maybe if I wouldn't want to give my identity up", Wildwood Mayor Ernie Troiano Jr. said. "I was partly wrong in a way but I was scared".
"This young lady attacked our officer", Troiano said.
